Howbout always reflects the current time zone of your device — so every time you travel to a new time zone, we’ll update your calendar automatically. For individual events, we use locations as a way to understand what time zone to show them in.

To change the time zone of an event:

1. Create or edit an event.
2. Tap Location and search for a place.
3. If the place is in a different time zone, you’ll see the time offset (for example: +1h).
4. Select — the event will now use that time zone automatically.

To view an event in another time zone:

• On the event page, you’ll always see the event’s local time.
• If it’s different from your device’s time zone, we’ll show both.
• You can also see this directly from Calendar day view - events in a different time zone will show the event’s local time.
