To switch between 12-hour and 24-hour time:

1. Head to the Home page by tapping the home icon (🏠) at the bottom of the screen
2. Tap the cog / settings icon (⚙️) at the top right of the screen to access the Settings page
3. Use the toggle next to '24 hour time' to switch between 24-hour time (military time) and 12-hour time (standard time) throughout the app.
