To create a plan countdown, simply 'pin' the plan in question. 

When creating a plan, look for the section that says 'Pin to the home page' and turn this on. If the plan already exists, open it and scroll down to the bottom of the page. 

Here, you'll find the same 'Pin to home page' option. Turn this on.
